Guterres sees the threat of using nuclear weapons as “totally unacceptable”

“The idea of ​​a nuclear conflict, at times unthinkable, has become a matter of debate. This in itself is totally unacceptable.” he pointed Guterres by opening a ministerial meeting of the Security Council on this conflict.

The United Nations chief also condemned plans to organize referendums in Ukraine’s occupied territories and warned that any annexation of territory by force is a violation of international law.
