The aircraft was built by the state company Comacbut many of the ship’s parts came from other countries.
The C919 will be mobilized from Monday on the regular trips made by China Eastern Airlines to connect Shanghai and Chengdu (south), CCTV reported.
The first model of this narrow-body aircraft with capacity for 164 passengers it was officially handed over to the Chinese airline in December 2022.
