The US warns that Russia will face consequences if it is behind the Havana syndrome

Neither the CIA nor the Russian embassy in Washington have wanted to comment on the matter, says the Post, while Russia has repeatedly denied that it has anything to do with these incidents.

The main objective of Burns’ trip to Moscow was to warn the Kremlin that Washington was aware of the accumulation of troops on the Ukrainian border and would not tolerate a military attack against that country.
