Former President Donald Trump has begun to criticize the judge in charge of his casehours after his accusation was known, assuring that he “hates” and that he has actually been chosen by prosecutors. In the post he just wrote on his Truth Social network, Trump once again insists that he is the victim of a witch hunt.

The former president has been indicted for paying $130,000, that would have been collected in the 2016 presidential campaign, to the porn actress Stormy Daniels to presumably buy her silence so that their alleged sexual relationship would not be made public.

According to him, this persecution has manifested itself again in the choice of the judge Juan Manuel Marchan, who will be the first to see his case and read the charges to him at his next appearance, presumably next Tuesday. “The judge ‘assigned’ to my witch-hunt case (…) HATES ME,” he writes with a capital letters, recalling that a former president of the country has never been charged before.

He disqualifies Marchan for several reasons: “He’s been picked by Bragg and the prosecutors and is the same person who tricked my previous CFO Allen Weisselberg into taking a plea deal (and going) to prison.” they march “intimidated Allen, something a judge can’t do”, Trump insists.

Allen Weisselberg was sentenced in January to five months in jail by the New York State Supreme Court, a light sentence as a result of his pact with the Prosecutor’s Office.
