The president of the United States has underlined this Tuesday ‘in situ’ his support for Poland and has claimed that “NATO is stronger than ever”, on the verge of the first anniversary of the start of the Russian military offensive on neighboring Ukraine.

Biden, who visited Kiev for the first time on Monday, in an unprecedented milestone as it is also a country at war, has already wanted to defend Washington’s commitment to NATO allies in Eastern Europe from Warsaw. “The United States needs Poland and NATO as much as Poland and NATO need the United States”; he has told before his counterpart, Andrzej Duda.
