The Argentine Economy Ministry said on Wednesday that it had awarded 401.680 million pesos (US$2.088 million) in a tender for four Treasury securities with maturities in 2023 and 2027.
In the tender, 1,565 offers were received, which represented a nominal value of 636.834 million pesos, said a statement.
“In this tender, the National Treasury faced maturities of 294,398 million pesos, thus obtaining monthly net financing that reached 107,282 million pesos.the report said.
Within the framework of the Market Makers program, the second round of the bidding will take place this Thursday, where offers may be received and awarded for up to 20% of the total face value awarded in Wednesday’s bidding.
The next general tender will take place on February 24.
