Red Cross warns that the world is “ill-prepared” for the next pandemic

“The COVID-19 pandemic should be a wake-up call for the global community to prepare now for the next health crisis,” said IFRC Secretary General Jagan Chapagain.

The IFRC also calls for the development of cheaper products that are easier to store and manage to deal with the pandemic.
