The Russian Ministry of Defense has denounced this Saturday a “deliberate” attack of the Ukrainian Army against a medical center in the area under Moscow control of the eastern region of Lugansk that has left at least 14 dead and 24 injured.
According to the Ministry, the Ukrainian attack was carried out this Saturdayaround 07:30 local time, with a multiple launch rocket platform (HIMARS) against a hospital in the town of novoaidar.
The attack has left “at least 14 dead and 24 injured of varying severity among hospital patients and medical personnel,” according to the note, in which the Ministry reiterates that the position and activity of the hospital were known and they were detailed as a civil infrastructure.
The Ministry of Defense has described this attack as “a serious war crime of the kyiv regime and has ensured that “all those involved in the planning and commission of this crime will have to assume their responsibility”.
The Ukrainian authorities still they have not spoken about this accusation.
