Ukrainian authorities have reported at least 21 fatalities and 73 people injured (including 14 minors), after the Russian attack this Saturday against a nine-story residential building in the city of Dnipro, in the east of the country.
This was reported by the military governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Valentin Reznichenko, on his account on the Telegram social network.
