Zelensky calls for more weapons to stop Russian terror on the battlefield

Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyasked today for more weapons to stop the terror Russian on the battlefield after today’s wave of fresh attacks against several Ukrainian regions by Russian forces.

“Is it possible to stop Russian terror? Yes. Can it be done in any other way than on the battlefield in Ukraine? Unfortunately not. It can and should be done on our land, in our sky, in our sea.” he said in a message on Telegram, quoted by the Ukrinform agency.

For them they need “the weapons that are in the warehouses of our partners and that our soldiers are waiting for”said.

He recalled that Russia today launched another massive missile attack against Ukrainian cities.

“kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Ladyzhyn, Burshtyn, Khmelnytskyi and other cities were targeted by terrorists”indicated.

He also referred to the apartment building in Dnipro that was destroyed by an attack and under whose rubble dozens of wounded have been rescued.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Valentin Reznicheko, the death toll amounts to five and the wounded to almost sixty, including twelve children.

Zelensky added that energy infrastructure facilities have also been affected and that, in this sense, the most difficult situation occurs in the Kharkiv and kyiv regions.
