It turns out that most of the respondents (59.7%) are against the easing of sanctions against Russia. Opinions on this matter did not have 24.4 percent. respondents. In turn, for the easing of sanctions, it was 15.9 percent. The study was conducted on September 27-28, 2022 on a group of 800 people over 18 years of age.

Energy prices. The European Union has obtained a preliminary agreement on reductions

On September 30, the European Union managed to obtain a preliminary agreement on reducing high prices, informed the Czech Republic, which manages the work of the Community. An initial compromise was reached by the energy ministers of the member states at a meeting in Brussels. This does not end the work as it will be finalized after approval of the so-called written procedure. It is about obligatory reductions in electricity consumption and charges on excess profits of energy companies to be passed on to customers affected by the crisis.

Anna Moskwa said before the EU meeting in Brussels that Poland did not agree to the mandatory reductions in electricity consumption. Authorities in Warsaw say such decisions should be voluntary.
