. However, we will wait for them until June. So far, PS Plus works in the old way, and subscribers of the service can count on three free games each month. What titles will the Japanese present in April?
PlayStation Plus for April. There are no hits, but it’s still good
Admittedly, the April PlayStation Plus offer is quite original. It is true that it is missing blockbusters from the portfolio of PlayStation Studios. Instead, we get three less known productions that are quite diverse. In April, as part of PS Plus, we will play in:
- Hood: Outlaws & Legends (PS4 and PS5)
- SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated (PS4)
- Slay the Spire (PS4)
Hood: Outlaws & Legends is a game based on a very interesting idea, the premiere of which, however, went unnoticed. In this multiplayer production set in the Middle Ages, we play the role of a group of outlaws who, like Robin Hood, rob the rich to help the poor. Of course, each seizure must be carefully planned and then performed with surgical precision. Hood: Outlaws & Legends offers PvP and PvE gameplay.
SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated is a proposition for the youngest players, although older players can have fun with it. The platformer tells about the adventures of SpongeBob, the hero of the popular cartoon series, is a remake of the game from 2003. The title, of course, has a modern graphic design and a number of technical improvements.
Slay The Spire is, in turn, a combination of a card game with the rougelike genre. You have to admit that this genre mix set in a fantasy world with a cartoon style that is very pleasing to the eye looks quite respectable. An additional difficulty here is the system of permanent death implemented by the game developers. The independent American studio Mega Crit is responsible for the production.
