Rostec introduced a secure smartphone AYYA T1

In Russia, they introduced a secure phone AYYA T1 with a microphone and camera mute function. This is reported by CNews.

The device was developed by SmartEcoSystem of the Avtomatika concern, which is part of Rostec. According to representatives of the corporation, the device is intended for use in companies and organizations that pay special attention to information security. Trustfon AYYA T1 is based on the Russian operating system “Aurora”.

A distinctive feature of the announced device is the ability to turn off the camera and microphone. The device has an eight-core processor, 4 gigabytes of RAM and 64 gigabytes of internal memory, two cameras – main and front.

According to the creators of the gadget, the Aurora OS provides secure access to enterprise information systems. The operating system will help solve the work tasks of employees of companies and institutions. The manufacturer specified that Aurora is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software, certified by the FSTEC of Russia and the FSB of Russia.

“Our customers are already considering the inclusion of the AYYA T1 trustphone in their projects,” said Mikhail Pisarev, commercial director of the Open Mobile Platform company.

In October 2021, the domestic AYYA T1 smartphone was found in M.Video-Eldorado stores. The cost of the protected apparatus amounted to 18.9 thousand rubles.
