Media journalists noticed that on the indicated day – March 1 – sales of the Galaxy S22 flagships did not begin in the official Samsung online store. The authors believe that the company could decide to cancel the start of sales of flagship phones. In particular, the button for placing an order has disappeared on the pages of the new flagships. Previously, Samsung announced the start of sales on March 1.
Also, sales of other devices of the brand have stopped in the company’s online store. When you go to the pages of smartphones Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Note20 and Galaxy S21 FE, you can see the notifications “coming soon” or “check availability”.
Some budget Samsung phones are still available for purchase. For example, the Galaxy A and Galaxy M series devices can be purchased from the online store. Samsung has not yet commented on the suspension of sales.
On the night of March 2, Apple stopped sales of all equipment in Russia, and also announced the shutdown of the Apple Pay payment system and “other services.” Later, the company closed its branded online store for visitors from Russia.
