Employees believe that corporations rarely revise salaries and their salaries do not keep pace with inflation. In this regard, store employees are thinking about organizing into trade unions.

Media sources said that ordinary employees hide plans to protect their interests from the company’s leaders. So, in order to avoid control by managers of establishments, disgruntled employees use Android smartphones and share their plans using encrypted messages. According to them, in this way the employer is less likely to convict them and track their activity.

According to anonymous employees of Apple stores, the employer opposes their unionization. So, the corporation promises decent pay and career growth. Sources said store managers are holding explanatory talks with them about how joining a union could hurt their careers at the company.

Retail employees earn between $17 and $30 an hour, with the best of them receiving bonuses ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 in stocks. Many sellers complained that they received an increase, which, however, did not correspond to the level of inflation.

At the end of January, it became known that Apple changed the rules of the trade-in program. In particular, the company stopped valuing Android smartphones, which consumers can turn in in exchange for a discount on a new iPhone.
