In the event of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, the American army concentrates its forces on the eastern flank. For a week now, elements of the 82nd Airborne Division have been deployed in Jasionka near Rzeszów (Podkarpackie Province). The army transports soldiers through the airport in Rzeszów. On the apron of the airport there are, among others, Boeing C-17A Globemaster III, Lockheed C-130J Hercules and Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk and Boeing CH-47 Chinook helicopters.

Transfer of American troops to Poland. Strengthening NATO’s eastern flank
American soldiers have been coming to Poland for several days. They are to strengthen NATO’s eastern flank in connection with the concentration of Russian troops on the Ukrainian border.
