Apple has unveiled an updated MacBook Pro. This was reported on the company’s website.
A distinctive feature of the new computer is the monobrow screen. The screen cutout, like the iPhone, houses the camera and other sensors. The Liquid Retina XDR display matrix is based on Mini-LED technology and supports Pro Motion, which displays information on the screen at 120 hertz. MacBook Pro is available in two versions – with screens of 14 and 16 inches.
The device is based on the M1 Pro processor and can be equipped with up to 64 gigabytes of RAM. Also, for the first time since 2015, the laptop has received MagSafe magnetic charging. At the ends of the device there are USB-C connectors for connecting accessories, HDMI, a slot for memory cards, a jack for wired headphones.
In November 2020, Apple introduced the first computers based on its own ARM-based M1 processor. The series includes MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini. Later, these chips were also installed in the iPad Pro tablet and iMac desktop computer.
