Samsung Galaxy Ring will cost up to $350 and have a paid subscription
Insider Yogesh Brar revealed the cost of a smart ring from Samsung. The corresponding publication appeared on his page on the social network X.
According to a data miner – a specialist who studies large amounts of information – on the American market, the Galaxy Ring will cost $300-350, or about 27-32 thousand rubles. The final cost will depend on the size and version of the wearable device.
Brar also noted that access to a number of functions of the ring will be provided by subscription. Users will pay a little less than $10 per month, or about 900 rubles.
Journalists from The Verge stated that the estimated cost of the Galaxy Ring is quite adequate to the market. Thus, the Ring Gen 3 from Oura costs from $299 to $349. Access to advanced features of the Oura device costs $5.99 per month.
The authors also noticed that many fitness equipment manufacturers have paid subscriptions. For example, Google’s Fitbit Premium or Apple’s Fitness Plus cost $9.99 per month.
