Microsoft has priced a keyboard with a button for Copilot at 40 thousand rubles
Microsoft has released one of the most expensive keyboards on the market. TechPowerUp drew attention to this.
Media journalists noticed that the Surface Pro Flex product was introduced during Microsoft’s presentation on May 20. Experts were surprised by the high cost of the keyboard – the personal computer accessory was valued at $450, or about 40 thousand rubles. “Microsoft, you’re crazy,” the authors noted.
The device only works with branded Surface Pro 8, 9, 10 and 11 computers. The device has physical buttons, a separate button for calling the Copilot artificial intelligence (AI) assistant, and a touchpad with a feedback function. The material says that at the top of the Surface Pro Flex there is a recess for the Surface Slim Pen 2, but the stylus itself is not included.
The keyboard is 289 millimeters long and weighs 340 grams. On one charge the accessory can work up to 41 hours. The device is made primarily of plastic, but has Alcantara inserts.
Previously, Microsoft launched a new series of computers focused on working with AI. All devices in the line have 16 gigabytes of RAM and a separate button for calling the Copilot service.
