Some users who faced Face ID error reported that the issue has been fixed. But after the update on smartphones, the displays of which were installed in unofficial SCs, the True Tone function was disabled. This option adjusts the colors on the iPhone to match the ambient light conditions so that the picture on the screen is more natural.
According to journalists, the company has not yet responded to this problem. Apple engineers are expected to fix the problem as soon as possible.
In early December, Apple allowed users to repair iPhones at unofficial service centers. A section also appeared in the phone’s settings, which displayed the repair history of a specific device.
