The Semrush company acquired the majority of shares in the Polish company Brand24, dealing, among others, with social media analysis. “This is a partnership that will provide Brand24 with rapid development and reaching over 100,000 customers using Semrush around the world,” said Michal Sadowski from Brand24.

Cooperation between the Polish company Brand24 and the American giant Semrush will provide new perspectives for both entities. The foreign company already cooperates with another Polish company – Prowly.

“SEMrush has reached an agreement on the purchase of 57.94 percent of shares. The largest shareholders of Brand24 are: the Larq Growth Fund I FIZ fund (28 percent of shares), the company’s co-founders Michał Sadowski (9.7 percent of shares) and Piotr Wierzejewski (9. 75 percent) and the Unfold.vc ASI SA fund (10.1 percent),” he informs.
