Logitech introduced a computer mouse with built-in support for chatbots
Logitech introduced a computer mouse with a button to call a chat bot. This was reported by The Verge.
Media journalists who tested the Signature AI Edition M750 said that the device has an additional button to call a virtual assistant. You can assign it to quickly launch the built-in Logi AI Prompt Builder program, designed to work with artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
By clicking on the button, a dialog box appears with a virtual assistant – ChatGPT or another service. Journalists said they used the assistant’s call to rephrase a paragraph of text, make it shorter, or rewrite it.
“Prompt Builder seems like it could be really useful. But to use it I had to purchase a new Logitech mouse,” said media author Emilia David. The cost of the mouse is $50, or about 4.7 thousand rubles. Currently, the Prompt Builder utility works in English and allows you to configure only the ChatGPT chatbot.
At the end of March, it became known about new requirements from Microsoft for PCs that come with Windows pre-installed. In particular, the company will recommend having a separate button on the computer keyboard to call Copilot.
