The 25th season of the “” program on TVN is underway. The show started just a month ago and we’ve already had two major wins. In the last episode, another participant heard the million-pln question.
“Millionaires”. What is a “promise”?
Mr. Sławomir from Katowice dealt with subsequent questions in the episode without any problems. He quickly passed the guaranteed thresholds, answered questions from various fields, and finally, what every player in the program strives for happened: he heard the last question in the show. The jackpot was within reach, but first you had to correctly answer the question what a “promise” was.
“Like the masters of sweets, they first give gifts when they train boys to make promises.” A promise, that is?

The stake was already the highest possible, and an incorrect answer meant the loss of over PLN 400,000. No wonder Mr. Sławomir was a bit stuck – especially since he had no lifeline to help him. The participant made the wisest possible decision and after a short consideration, preceded by the elimination of subsequent answers, he decided to end the game with the amount obtained so far. He returned to Katowice half a million zlotys richer, which almost sounds like a million.
But what is dinner anyway? It turns out that the correct answer is A – abecadło, because “obiecadło” is the old Polish name of the alphabet.
Millionaires in “Millionaires”
This year’s spring edition of “Millionaires” provided more emotions in a month than all previous years combined. It was the first time that two people won the main prize in one season. Mr. and T answered the last questions in the show correctly, thanks to which they became the 6th and 7th millionaires after the show, respectively.
