Apple will fix a bug with the Palestinian flag when entering “Jerusalem”
The American corporation Apple has promised to eliminate the error due to which, when entering the name of the city of Jerusalem, a Palestine flag icon appears on devices, CBS News writes, citing the corporation.
British TV presenter Rachel Riley drew attention to the system error and published a corresponding post on the social network X. She posted a screenshot showing how when typing “Jerusalem” on the keyboard, the Palestine flag emoji appears. The woman noted that such a bug appeared after updating the gadget to iOS 17.4.1.
Apple responded to CBS that it was aware of the bug and would fix it in a future update.
Earlier, the corporation announced that by the end of the year they would update the line and present the first computer focused on professional work with artificial intelligence (AI). In this regard, they will receive improved chips – most likely M4 Pro or M4 Max.
