Hi-Tech Mail.ru: iPhone 14 fell in price in Russia to 67 thousand rubles
The iPhone 14, introduced in 2022, fell in price by 20 percent in Russia. This was reported by Hi-Tech Mail.ru.
Media journalists noticed that the launch phone of the Apple 2022 line fell in price to 67-70 thousand rubles. At the start of sales, the device was priced at 85 thousand rubles. Thus, the device turned out to be about 20 percent cheaper.
“The iPhone 14 is the most compact smartphone in its line,” journalists described the device. The gadget has a 6.1-inch OLED display, an A15 Bionic processor, 6 gigabytes of RAM, and a storage capacity of 128 gigabytes. On the back of the device there is a dual camera with lenses with a resolution of 12 megapixels each, the smartphone has a battery with a capacity of 3279 milliamp-hours.
Apple’s lineup also includes the iPhone 14 Plus, which differs from the iPhone 14 by having a larger screen—up to 6.7 inches—and a battery with a capacity of 4,323 milliamp-hours. At the end of March, it turned out that the average cost of a device in Russia was 80 thousand rubles.
Earlier, MegaFon reported that since the beginning of the year, the demand for refurbished smartphones in Russia has tripled compared to the same period last year. The average price of such a device was 22.6 thousand rubles.
