Unreleased flagship Xiaomi 12 broke records

The Xiaomi 12 smartphone was evaluated by the specialists of the DisplayMate laboratory. This is reported by the GizmoChina edition.

Reporters refer to the message of the head of the Chinese corporation Lei Jun, who revealed the first information about the brand’s new smartphone. According to a top manager of the company, their flagship Xiaomi 12 has been tested by experts from the DisplayMate laboratory. According to the test results, the device broke 15 records related to the quality of the front panels – details were not disclosed. The device also received an A + rating.

Lei Jun noted that the Xiaomi 12 smartphone has a high-quality AMOLED screen that has 16 brightness levels. The front panel of the device is protected by durable Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. That being said, the phone hasn’t been released yet.

According to insiders, at the end of the year, the Chinese company will present three smartphones of the new flagship series – Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro and 12X. The devices will be based on the top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and have MIUI 13 based on the Android 12 operating system. The flagship announcement is scheduled for December 28.

At the end of September, DisplayMate named the iPhone 13 Pro Max’s screen the best in the world. Apple’s most expensive flagship has a “superior, world-class top-end smartphone display,” according to the organization’s report.
