On Friday, the Government Security Center will launch a website with information on how to deal with various types of threats: including chemical, biological, radiation, nuclear and explosion threats. The website will feature graphics, animations, videos, simple games for children and lesson plans for teachers.

RCB spokesman Piotr Błaszczyk says that the website is a collection of knowledge about threats. – We do not indicate specific events, but the possibility of such a situation occurring. In addition to showing what a given threat is, we also show how to behave. We are gaining knowledge that, hopefully, we will never have to use, but which will theoretically and practically help us survive in a potential threat situation – says the spokesman. The website will also include the Crisis Communication Book. This is a collection of useful information for spokespersons of institutions, mainly in smaller towns, who have not had contact with crisis situations.
The website also includes crisis scenarios
There are crisis scenarios with sample questions from journalists and sample answers, as well as statement templates. There is also a tab on the website with information on how to prepare your loved ones for threats and what to pack in an evacuation backpack.
