According to the insider, the Galaxy Ring can be integrated with smart refrigerators and cooking appliances from Samsung. Thus, a smart refrigerator will monitor the availability of food, and a recommendation service based on artificial intelligence (AI) will help with recipes. In the material, a smart ring was called a more preferable option for the user than a smart watch, as it is more convenient to wear all day.
The source also believes that the smart ring will be cheaper than the Galaxy Watch, so the new device should quickly become popular. The Samsung Food service, with which the smart ring will work, is available in 104 countries and translated into eight languages.
Samsung announced the Galaxy Ring smart ring in mid-January. The device is expected to be released in the summer.
