Biedronka has opened a new online store. What does it offer?
One of the new features is the ability to use , which were not offered in the Glovo application. The new e-store allows you to shop as a guest, but after logging in using the Moja Biedronka card you can gain access to promotions. Biedronka ensures that deliveries from the online store will be possible within two hours. Customers will also be able to choose the option of having their purchases delivered at a different time, but no later than four days from the time of placing the order – .
In the Biedronka e-store you can buy about 300 dairy products, 150 meat products, 190 types of drinks, almost 140 frozen products, over 70 types of bread, over 70 types of vegetables and almost 40 fruits and almost 160 ready-made meals. You will also find over 1,100 articles from the following categories: loose products, canned goods, preserves, teas, coffees, sweets and snacks. The chain offers over 200 products for the home, including household chemicals, 150 for children and over 120 for animals, as well as half a thousand drugstore products.
New Biedronka e-store. What is the minimum delivery value? How much does delivery cost?
For now, purchases from the Biedronka e-store will only be delivered to customers in some districts of Warsaw. Delivery availability can be checked on the e-shop website by entering the postal code. Deliveries will be made from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The minimum delivery value is PLN 249. Biedronka explains that if the final value of the basket turns out to be lower due to the temporary lack of a given product in the e-store, the purchases will be delivered to the indicated address anyway. When placing your order, you will be able to choose how any missing products should be replaced with others. In addition, the customer will be able to decide whether the “shopper” (supplier) can contact the customer by phone, whether he or she should decide on substitutes or simply remove products from the list.
Delivery of purchases from the Biedronka e-store on the same day will cost PLN 19.99. Next-day delivery of the basket will be cheaper or even free, provided that the value of purchases exceeds PLN 500. In a normal situation, for the delivery of a basket worth PLN 249 to PLN 349.99, we will pay PLN 14.99, and for a basket worth PLN 350 to PLN 499.99, the delivery cost will be PLN 4.99.
We can pay for e-shopping at Biedronka using online payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro cards, as well as BLIK, PayU, GPay, ApplePay and Quick Transfer. The website sklep.biedronka.pl will not sell products that are legally excluded from online sales.
