When you log in to the website, select the appropriate form. The following message will be displayed on the screen: “Your e-PIT – use the PIT settlement for 2023 prepared for you.” Below it there is the “File PIT” option. This is what you should choose. At this point, our tax return prepared by the National Tax Administration should be displayed. At this point, the taxpayer must choose the type of settlement. In most cases, it will be PIT-37 – for income from contracts for specific work.
Tax returns are now available in the Your e-PIT system

In case of incorrect data, you can edit it on the page. In addition, it will be possible to indicate or change the public benefit organization to which 1.5% will go. tax or add other data.
Settlements with the tax office are due by the end of April. If someone does not send their tax return within this deadline, the pre-filled return will be automatically accepted. The exceptions are the forms: PIT-28, 36 and 36L, which must be completed and accepted. This year, for the first time, the e-PIT service will also be available to people running a business.
