GSM Arena: iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will be released in a version with 2 terabytes of memory
Apple smartphones planned for 2024 may have record-breaking built-in memory. This was reported by GSM Arena.
According to Korean sources, future flagships will receive versions with 2 terabytes of internal memory. The current iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max models have a maximum of 1 terabyte of memory. According to journalists, this will allow more data to be stored on the drive – for example, videos shot in high quality.
Devices can also receive a record-breaking battery in iPhone history. So, the iPhone 16 Pro Max will come with a battery with a capacity of 4676 milliamp-hours – for comparison, the iPhone 15 Pro Max has a battery with a capacity of 4441 milliamp-hours. The authors noted that in combination with a new energy-efficient chip, the device can get longer battery life.
In addition, Apple’s new top-end flagships will be released with the A18 Pro processor and 8 gigabytes of RAM. The announcement of the devices is expected in the fall.
Earlier, insider Majinu Bu said that the new iPhone SE series smartphone will have the design of the future iPhone 16. The device will also come with Dynamic Island – an “island” on the screen that replaced the “unibrow”.
