In 2021, Aleksandr Zhadan ended his relationship with his then-girlfriend and started looking for a new life partner. The Russian used the dating website Tinder for this purpose, but he could not find his other half for a long time. His fruitless search prompted him to use artificial intelligence. Aleksandr programmed ChatGPT to help him establish and maintain relationships with Tinder users. In hindsight, the man said it was a great decision.
ChatGPT has spoken to thousands of women on Tinder. He had a few mishaps in the process
Aleksandr Zhadan described his story. ChatGPT sent likes to women who matched his preferences on behalf of the Russian, and then conducted conversations with them. The program participated in conversations with 5,239 women and arranged a Russian man on over 100 dates.
Aleksandr successively developed the program using new versions of the OpenAI software. He admitted that his dating assistant needed some improvement because he had a few missteps initially. One of the women received absurd advice to “go for a long walk in the forest.” Another ChatGPT user was promised that the man would give her chocolates and flowers during the meeting. However, the Russian did not know about this promise, so the woman was disappointed when he greeted her empty-handed.
A Russian man found a wife thanks to artificial intelligence. The woman was shocked when she discovered the truth
At one point, ChatGPT suggested to Aleksander that one Tinder user, Karina Vialshakajewa, was a great candidate to be his wife. The couple met for the first time in December 2022, and in 2023 Aleksandr and Karina got married.
Initially, the woman did not know that she had been talking to ChatemGPT for the first few months of their relationship. When she found out about it, she was shocked. Karina, however, does not blame her husband for using artificial intelligence, because “the most important thing is the great relationship” the couple has created.
