Samsung Galaxy S24 is here. We know the Polish prices of smartphones. You’d better sit down

On Wednesday evening, Samsung presented the latest smartphones from the flagship Galaxy S series. The S24 and S24+ models are powered by the Exynos 2400 system, while the most powerful device, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, is equipped with the Snapdragon Gen 3 for Galaxy processor, a modified version of the Qualcomm system developed especially for Samsung smartphones.

At the same time as the premiere, we learned the Polish prices of smartphones. Samsung’s pricing policy has been similar to that of Apple for several years now. So it’s expensive, more expensive and even more expensive. Almost everyone expected that we would have to pay dearly for the Galaxy S24 series flagships.

The premiere of the Galaxy S24 is behind us. We know the Polish prices of Samsung smartphones

Let’s start with the basic variant, the Samsung Galaxy S24. Its prices are as follows: For the version with 8GB RAM and 128 GB of data memory we will pay PLN 4,099, and for the variant with 256 GB of memory PLN 4,399.

In the case of the Samsung Galaxy S24+, we go a step higher. The price of the model with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of data memory is PLN 5,199. If we want more internal memory (512 GB), we have to pay as much as PLN 5,799.

And finally, the most expensive model. In the case of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, we have three variants to choose from:

• 12 GB RAM + 256 GB – PLN 6,599
• 12 GB RAM + 512 GB – PLN 7,199
• 12 GB RAM + 1 TB – PLN 8,249.

To say it’s expensive is to say nothing. The Galaxy S24 Ultra model did not manage to break the infamous record of the iPhone 15 Pro Max (the most powerful variant costs as much as PLN 9,599), but PLN 8,249 for – after all – a mobile phone is still a horrendous price.

However, there is also good news. It turns out that the basic models of Samsung’s new devices are cheaper in Poland than last year’s variants – by PLN 500, PLN 600 and PLN 200, respectively. This is, of course, influenced by the strengthening of the Polish zloty against major currencies. We also had a similar situation with the above-mentioned Apple – the prices of iPhone 15 are much lower than last year’s prices of iPhone 14.

Samsung has also prepared quite an interesting starting offer. People who decide to purchase a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra by January 30 will receive a higher memory variant at the price of the lower one. For example, if we buy a Galaxy S24+ with 512 GB of memory, we will pay not PLN 5,799 but PLN 5,199.

People who take advantage of Samsung’s offer from January 17 to 22 will receive Galaxy Buds 2 headphones as a gift. As every year, the Koreans have also prepared a trade-in program that allows you to resell your old device and get a discount on the purchase of a new flagship.
