A visa for geniuses? The Einstein visa is reserved in the United States “for people who have reached the top of their field,” Infobae says.

People who have excelled in the arts, sports, science or who will hold managerial or managerial positions in multinational companies can – Clarín explains – aspire to this permanent residence permit.

In terms of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), it is known as the EB-1 first preference visa.

Permanent worker visas, the USCIS describes, “cover five types, including the EB-1, or first preference, for which people with ‘extraordinary suitability’ can apply,” Clarín describes.

The applicant for the EB-1 visa must “demonstrate exceptional ability in science, art, education, business or sports through continued national or international recognition,” the southern media wrote.
