Users all over Poland have experienced or continue to experience problems with connecting to the network, but most reports traditionally come from large cities. On the map on downdetector.pl, we can see that the majority of reports come from the Silesian conurbation and the Tricity, as well as from Łódź, Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Elbląg and Toruń.

The first reports appeared just before 2 a.m. on Monday. At 1:53 there were 424 reports, but after several minutes the number of users decreased – first to 271, and then to several dozen at most. After hours At 3 a.m. the problems seemed to have subsided, but not for long.
The reporting counter spiked again after 6 a.m. on Monday, and reached its peak between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Since then, the number of reports has been decreasing, but in the latest report (from 9:53 a.m.) there were still over 60 reports. This means that the problems are probably subsiding, but some users are still struggling with the connection.

Interestingly, the problems almost avoided the inhabitants of Krakow and Szczecin and several smaller cities – including: Rzeszów and Lublin. Most applications still come from Tricity and Warsaw.
Vectra did not comment on the problems on its website. However, users report problems with network access in comments under Vectra’s posts on Facebook. of them, the supplier admitted that he was struggling with a failure, but work to fix it was already underway. “We regret to inform you that we have noticed a failure in the given location, which will be removed as soon as possible. We apologize for any irregularities,” Vectra wrote.
