Samsung Galaxy smartphones received Android 14 update
Samsung has released a stable version of Android 14 for its smartphones. This was reported by 9to5Google.
According to journalists who studied the list of gadgets, devices from the flagship Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 series received a full update first of all. In turn, the update for the Galaxy S21 line of devices released in 2021 was delivered only to devices in Europe.
The update was also available for users of folding smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, but only in the USA. Apparently, in the coming weeks the current operating system will appear on brand devices in other countries.
The company also said that Android 14 has become available for download on low-cost smartphones from the Galaxy A and Galaxy M lines. Galaxy A14 5G received the update worldwide, Galaxy A54 – only in the USA, Galaxy A34 – in Europe, Galaxy M53 – in Germany, Galaxy A73 – in Iran.
Google introduced the first public version of Android 14 in October. The first devices to receive the update were Google Pixel smartphones – the Pixel 4a model and newer devices.
