This Sunday, November 19, the victory of far-right candidate Javier Milei in the second round of the Argentine presidential elections was confirmed.
After the first results, the La Libertad Avanza candidate leads his opponent by more than ten points. Sergio Massa, who congratulated Milei and confirmed his defeat just minutes before the preliminary results were announced.
Milei proposes drastic measures such as the elimination of the Central Bank and dollarization to put an end to monetary issuance and inflation.

He studied economics at the renowned University of Belgrano and completed two postgraduate degrees at local institutions. He has published several books and has also been accused of plagiarizing entire paragraphs.
Currently, the presidency of the republic is led by Alberto Fernández, who must begin a transition process with Sergio Massa also serving as Minister of Economy.
From Libertad Avanza they indicated that the transition will start immediately.
