The Canalys report does not bring about a big reshuffle in the ranking of the largest smartphone manufacturers in Poland. As expected, the leaders remained Xiaomi and Samsung. Both companies can boast of 28 percent. market share. At the same time, both recorded a significant drop in sales compared to the previous year – 36 and 33 percent, respectively.
Samsung and Xiaomi took advantage of the problems OPPO. The Chinese manufacturer hit the podium by storm and can boast a 44 percent increase in sales y / y. This is quite a surprise. It is enough to mention that a year ago this company was in vain to find in the top five largest smartphone manufacturers.

The largest manufacturers of smartphones in Poland. Apple is losing a lot
Behind OPPO are currently Lenovo / Motorola and Apple. The Cupertino company is definitely not having a good time on our market. Currently, it can only boast 8 proc. market share and the largest year-on-year decline in sales, which was as high as 52 percent. Why is Apple losing?
The main reason, of course, is the pricing policy of this manufacturer. Apple smartphones are too expensive for Poles. The cheapest of this year’s models, the iPhone 13 mini, was priced at 3599 zlotys. In turn, the “budget” iPhone SE, the design of which is starting to lose a lot with the mouse, is still an expense of PLN 2,199. The flagship iPhone 13 Pro costs at least PLN 5199.
