Evaluate teenagers as adults
According to his family, the victim died of brain death on November 7. He was the victim of the assault on the 1st of this month.

“The fight was over stolen headphones and possibly a stolen marijuana vaporizer belonging to Lewis or his friend. “That friend had agreed to an alley fight after school, he explained, but when the parties clashed, Lewis apparently intervened to defend his friend and was attacked,” he said, according to Telemundo.
