YouTube is testing a new feature. Creating playlists will be even more fun

There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that artificial intelligence will become more and more prevalent in online services and platforms. YouTube in its Music service, which will allow us to quickly and conveniently adapt the application to our needs.

Artificial intelligence will create covers in YouTube Music

Based on AI, it will allow users to instantly create personalized graphics that can then be used as covers for their playlists. And without having to look for matching images on the Internet yourself. After editing the already created playlist and clicking on the cover, a list of proposed categories will be displayed (e.g. nature, animals, landscapes). After clicking on one of them, the application will suggest selecting one of several sample images.

The selected graphics will be the basis for creating the final image by artificial intelligence. In the next step, you need to choose the style of the final work and click “create”. After a few moments of waiting, the AI ​​will generate several ready-made images to choose from. Just choose one of them and save the results of your work.

The function promises to be very interesting and can actually make it much easier and faster to personalize your playlists using artificially generated images. Unfortunately, according to YouTube, the new feature is still an experimental feature. What’s worse, at the moment it will only be available to users using the application in English and living in the USA. It is unclear why the platform decided to limit the use of the feature to Americans only, but this state of affairs will not last forever. According to the announcements, we can also expect the new feature to be available in other countries, but the exact date has not been announced yet.
