Motorola showed the concept of a smartphone that can be worn as a bracelet
Motorola has shown the concept of a smartphone with a bracelet-style body. This is reported on the company’s website.
The device has a flexible display and body – it can be bent and put on the wrist to be worn as a bracelet. The device has a 6.9-inch pOLED display that can bend at almost any angle.
Depending on the position, the presented device adapts the information on the display. So, if you put a smartphone on your hand, the Motorola device will display compact widgets – like on a smart watch. The gadget is held on the wrist using a magnetic strap.
“For years, Motorola has been at the forefront of innovation, and our commitment to providing our consumers with meaningful and thoughtful experiences remains unwavering,” the company said. Apparently, a smartphone bracelet will not go on sale – with its help, the gadget manufacturer demonstrated that it is capable of designing complex devices.
At the beginning of June, Motorola released new folding smartphones of the Razr 40 series. The devices received a clamshell form factor, main and secondary displays, and a dual camera. The Motorola Razr 40 starter phone was priced at 3,999 yuan, or about 52 thousand rubles.
