The humanitarian flight announced by President Guillermo Lasso has the capacity to repatriate approximately 260 Ecuadorians out of the hundreds living in Israel.

Since last October 7, when an attack by the Islamist Hamas militia was unleashed on Israeli territories, Ecuadorian Foreign Ministry officials have explained that telephone contact has been made with all compatriots living in the region who have expressed their interest in the fight against Israel. leaving the conflict area.
