Apple has moved several Apple Watch models to the list of obsolete devices. This was reported by MacRumors.

The corporation decided to declare the very first smartwatches, released in 2015, obsolete. According to Apple’s internal rules, outdated devices are not subject to repair or other type of service in the company’s stores and service centers.

The list of rare gadgets also includes the Apple Watch Edition, the most expensive smart watch in the company’s line. At the time of availability in stores, their cost reached 17 thousand dollars, or about 1.7 million rubles. The body of the wearable device was made of gold. In 2016, the American company stopped producing gold watches, replacing them with an Apple Watch with a ceramic case.
