ChatGPT, the chatbot from OpenAI, has expanded its capabilities to support speech and imagesso that conversations are no longer limited to the text the user writes in the interface.

The ChatGP update will allow users to have voice conversations, and not just text, with the ‘chatbot’, and explain what they want to say by uploading images.

These new capabilities “provide a new, more intuitive type of interface”they say from OpenAI on their official blog.

These new voice and video capabilities will be available in ChatGPT through Plus and Enterprise services in the coming weeks.

The tech company indicates that voice support will come to iOS and Android as a settings option to activate, while the image version will be available on all platforms. (JO)
