With the evidence or evidence, you must first go to the Department of Labor to file a complaint. This can be done with a local, state or government agency.

According to Rivera, the worker is going to ask for protection and the lawyer is going to ask for evidence that the migrant is cooperating with the Department of Labor so they can be safe and calm “because the government doesn’t want immigrants to be exploited, nor take advantage of it by.”

Calls on the lawyer to be courageous, fear of losing“Even if you are an undocumented immigrant,” he repeats, “you file the complaint, formalize it and the lawyer should do the rest.”

And what’s next? This is a quick process, one year; but during that time while you wait for the resolution of the case, “ask the lawyer for a copy of what has been submitted, in case they ask or question you, do you already have advanced work on immigration .”
