USCIS in turn:
Immigrants who want to expedite their immigration matters with USCIS request an expedited application processing or expedited request. Others opt for a different service, priority or Premium processing, El Nuevo Herald indicates.

When should you raise to speed things up?
El Nuevo Herald explains that applicants cannot request this expedited processing when submitting the application.
The only proper way to request that USCIS expedite your application for benefits is to wait until you receive a receipt from the Immigration Department.
The New Herald
USCIS “may require other additional documentation from each immigrant to expedite their petition.”
If this happens, “you may be able to file an expedited request with USCIS to receive an expedited decision request.”
And note this point: “You don’t have to pay a fee to submit the expedited processing request.”

eligible
Immigration attorneys, according to El Nuevo Herald, “recommend requesting priority application processing if you are eligible rather than expedited processing, as this includes the green card application, US citizenship application, and DACA renewals.” includes requests.
How to request expedited processing
Make sure you meet the requirements or conditions that have already been stated.
The steps, once you have proof of the reason for your case, described in El Nuevo Herald are:
1. Get the receipt. You cannot file your USCIS expedited application without your receipt, which is a 13-character number that is received in the mail approximately two weeks after you submit your application.
2. Call USCIS with the receipt drawn up, get in touch 1-800-375-5283 (1-800-767-1833 for TTY).
3. When interacting with an officer, explain that you want to make an expedited request and provide the main reason.

4. Submit your request and receive an expedited service request number.
The clerk will ask for your email address, receipt number and other identifying information in order to make the request on your behalf. Once the request is submitted, save your emergency service request number.
5. You can track using the expedited service request number provided by the USCIS officer.
The humanitarian parole process in the United States will last until September and this could affect migrants
6. Shortly after you apply, you will receive an email from USCIS asking you to submit supporting documentation for your expedited application. Depending on the reason, you must provide one or the other documentation.
7. Respond by sending a single email from USCIS, with all supporting documentation in a PDF file of up to 15 pages.
Before sending the email, please make sure you have attached the documentation correctly. The sooner you submit your supporting documents, the sooner you will receive a response to your application.
8. After a minimum of one week, you will receive the final decision from USCIS. If you did not provide an email address with your request, the final decision will be sent to the email address you used to submit the expedited request.
