Bloomberg: the new iPad Pro, which will be released in 2024, will be equipped with an OLED display
Bloomberg has revealed what features the updated iPad Pro, which Apple plans to launch in 2024, will have.
The iPad Pro update will be the biggest update since 2018 — since then, only chips, cameras, and sensors have been upgraded. The new model will be transferred to the next generation M3 processor. In addition, for the first time tablets will be equipped with OLED displays, which have already been put on iPhone models since X. These screens have greater brightness and more accurate color reproduction.
In addition, the Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro will also change. For example, at the request of customers, the trackpad will be enlarged on it. The updated tablet will be released in two sizes – 11-inch and 13-inch, depending on the model. The maximum size for Apple tablets currently on the market is 12.9 inches.
The new iPad Pros won’t be released until spring or early summer 2024.
Earlier, DigiTimes revealed the minimum cost of the new premium flagship Apple iPhone 15 Pro. According to industry sources, the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max will cost $100-$200 more than the 2022 flagship iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max. The minimum cost of 15 Pro will be 1099 dollars, or about 104 thousand rubles, 15 Pro Max – 1199 dollars, or about 113 thousand rubles.
