When buying a smartphone, you need to pay attention to screen size, performance and battery. Mikhail Dogadin, Vice President for Procurement and Development of the Svyaznoy company, spoke about this in a conversation with Gazeta.ru.
First of all, the expert recommended focusing on the type and size of the screen: “It is with this screen that the user interacts most often.” According to Dogadin, a display with a diagonal of about 6.2 inches with Full HD resolution is optimal. IPS matrices are cheaper and have natural color reproduction, while more expensive AMOLED screens have high rendering speed and lower power consumption.
The processor and memory set Dogadin called the factors that will affect the performance of the phone. On the advice of a specialist, it is better to buy a device with at least 4 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal memory. “When choosing a smartphone, we recommend examining performance tests in benchmarks, looking at test reviews,” the expert noted. It is best to purchase a gadget that, in addition to the main camera, also has an ultra-wide-angle camera and a camera with optical zoom.
A representative of Svyaznoy noted that a device with a better battery lasts longer on a single charge. In this regard, Dogadin recommended buying Android smartphones with a battery capacity of 4,000 milliampere-hours and an iPhone in the Max version.
“When choosing any technique, first of all, you need to build on your needs and capabilities. Due to the dynamic development of the smartphone market, you can choose high-quality devices in any price segment, ”the specialist concluded.
At the end of August, specialists from Roskachestvo spoke about choosing a smartphone for a child. Experts have compiled a rating of devices for children, according to which the best device was Xiaomi Poco F3 with 128 gigabytes of internal memory.
