Blogger Mrwhosetheboss spoke about a dangerous defect in Samsung smartphones. The corresponding video was published on the YouTube channel of the author.

Popular blogger Mrwhosetheboss (real name Arun Rupesh Maini), whose channel has more than 11 million viewers, has found a defect in Samsung smartphones. According to the author, all three of his old Korean brand smartphones exploded due to a battery problem. Mrwhosetheboss said he found phones with broken batteries that had grown in size and compromised the structural integrity of the phones.

The author noticed that the batteries of smartphones were swollen due to the abnormal heat that was recorded in the UK recently. According to the author, an irreparable defect, due to which the batteries of the devices became unusable, affected only Samsung smartphones – the devices of other brands were not affected by weather conditions.

According to Engadget journalists, the batteries of old smartphones can explode if the storage conditions are violated. So, manufacturers recommend keeping the battery of devices charged at least 50 percent and storing phones in a dry place with a constant temperature. The journalists sent a request to Samsung, but did not receive a prompt response.

In March, SlashGear journalists listed the worst smartphones in history. Among them was the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, which had problems with the battery and due to frequent fires.
