Coach Alibaeva advised doing a dynamic side plank to work out the back muscles

Trainer Eleonora Alibaeva advised Pilates exercises to work out the back muscles. Her words leads the “Championship”.

The specialist recommended doing a dynamic side bar. Starting position – from a position lying on your side, rise with support on your arm, the body forms a straight line. Further, leaving the arm and legs in place and keeping the body in the same plane, you need to lower the pelvis down, and then raise it as high as possible with your free hand.

Alibaeva also advised several exercises from the prone position. She suggested lifting only the upper body with arms spread out to the sides. Then the trainer recommended adding leg raises, while the arms should be raised along the torso. Next, you need to stretch your arms forward, lift them and your legs and make small movements up and down. Alibaeva stressed that when performing these exercises, you need to press the pelvis to the floor so that a deflection in the lower back is not created.

Earlier, fitness trainer Maxim Kalagur advised exercises for pumping back muscles on the street. He was the first to suggest doing classic pull-ups on the bar with a wide grip. He went on to recommend doing barbell deadlifts and Australian pull-ups.
